The time and location of our work once seemed so obvious. We usually worked from 9 to 5, at a fixed location in the office. Corona has forever changed the function of the office building and the way we work. Corporate Anthropologist Jitske Kramer skews it all: ‘work has left the office’. We work online en masse. Some of us are still not allowed to go to the office, and others are looking for ways to keep working safely. It is a change that has a major impact on any organization. It requires a new way of working. We ask ourselves the same questions: ‘How do you manage and how do we work together remotely? What will the new function of our office building be? Which ICT facilities are part of this? ‘ In short: ‘How do you adapt your organization, in all its facets, to this new context? ‘ In this blog, we explain how you can get started with the above questions.
How do you adapt your organization to the post-corona work environment?
